Joshua (Josh) was born in Boston, MA and raised in Berkle, MA. His real estate obsession first developed while eagerly watching two of his uncles work on local real estate flips and wholesale projects. From these experiences, Joshua was able to gain real estate knowledge at a very young age. Josh later earned his MBA in Analytics from the University of Massachusetts: Dartmouth, graduating at the top of his class, picking up valuable skills in sales, analytics, and marketing through his studies.
As an agent, Josh now specializes in all facets of the real estate business, including navigating the way for first-time buyers looking to purchase their perfect home, as well assisting avid investors looking for opportunities through distressed properties. Josh takes pride in delivering a pleasant experience from start to finish. He recognizes and values the trust his client’s place in him and strives to exceed their expectations. For him, becoming a realtor means helping people realize their dreams, which is what wakes him every morning, energized to work hard on behalf of all of his clients.
